Chalk Fest

The sidewalks of downtown Ravenna will become a colorful canvas created by artists. Painters of ALL ages will be working to create their incredible works of art.
Saturday, September 11, 2021 (Rain Date Sunday, Sept 12) Noon –3pm. Judging begins at 2:30pm. CASH PRIZES for both adult and children categories.
Bring your family a friends to create art in the company of others while social distancing.
Sidewalk painters are assigned a square on a first come, first serve basis. A basic chalk kit and blending materials are provided. We recommend bringing knee-pads, sunscreen and a hat. All artwork must be suitable for public viewing. No words or symbols intended as advertising may appear within the image: however you may sign your name. If your square is sponsored, the sponsors name will appear above the space. Sidewalk artists agree that work done in conjunction with this festival may be reproduced by photograph or video and used by the Ravenna Parks and Recreation Department for promotional purposes. Artists need to check in before 12:30pm.
