The individual is recognized as someone who has demonstrated over and beyond leadership and/or service in Ravenna over a period of several years. The individual should be seen as someone of high character and someone who would honorably represent the spirit of the award. \n\n\nVOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR\n\n\nAn individual or group who goes above and beyond\, exemplifying the true potential of how volunteers make a difference in the Ravenna area community in 2022. \n\n\nCITIZEN OF THE YEAR\n\n\nAn individual\, who in the spirit of community service\, demonstrates exceptional leadership and initiative in their efforts to support the betterment of the Ravenna area community in 2022. \n\n\nNEW CONSTRUCTION\n\n\nRecognition for new construction of a building or public structure in the Ravenna area\, completed in 2022. \n\n\nNEW RENOVATION\n\n\nRecognition for interior or exterior renovation of a building or public structure in the Ravenna area\, completed in 2022. \n\n\nNEW BUSINESS IN 2022\n\n\nWe believe that any and all businesses should be recognized and appreciated for making Ravenna their home for their new business. This award will recognize any NEW businesses opened in 2022. \n\n\n\n\nNominations may be submitted by any individual\, group or business residing\, working\, or doing business in the Ravenna area community. In order to win the awards\, the individual must meet the following criteria: \n\nResides or works in the Ravenna area community.\nHas not won the award in the previous year.\nIs not currently on the selection committee for this award.\n\nNominations are accepted with the requested information on the back of this completed form\, along with additional documentation attached as needed. One nomination per application form may be submitted. Applications must be received at the Chamber Office\, 135 East Main Street\, Ravenna\, Ohio 44266 by May 1\, 2023.
