DESCRIPTION:Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address \nThe Portage County Historical Society will be hosting a presentation by Judith Bosau-Allen entitled “Lincoln’s Second Inaugural Address” on Saturday\, January 25th at 2 p.m. \nBosau-Allen has a bachelor’s degree in history from Kent State University and a master’s degree in history from the University of Akron. She has done work on her doctorate in history at UA and taught at KSU\, UA and Mount Union College in Alliance. \nThe event is open free to the public\, although donations are appreciated. Light refreshments will be available. The Historical Society is located at 6549 North Chestnut Street\, in Ravenna\, next to Ravenna High School.
