You may use a kit previously purchased and may keep your kit to reuse in future years. Please keep in mind: the scarecrow will be displayed outdoors during the contest and should be designed to withstand the autumn weather.  Contestants shall provide the materials necessary to build the scarecrow. All scarecrows shall be appropriate for public viewing: no adult\, political or excessively gory themes allowed.  All scarecrows should be in good taste\, any scarecrow deemed distasteful or against these rules will not be accepted into the contest and/or will be removed from viewing.  Contestants must provide any materials needed to display the scarecrow. \nDrop Off: all scarecrows need to be dropped off with a completed and signed entry form by September 27\, 2023.
